How ordering works for a company

Send your layout or the sizes you need. We reply with a signed quotation on letterhead, with our TRN, within one working day.

The order is placed against that quotation as a proforma invoice - it holds your price and your place in the schedule.

We send a dimensioned drawing for every piece. Nothing is cut until you approve it.

Your delivery date is fixed once you approve the drawing, not before.

Every order carries one order reference from the moment you order.

What you receive

A tax invoice with TRN once payment is received.

Express orders are paid in advance

An express order is fabricated ahead of its place in the normal queue, so it is paid in advance by card rather than against a proforma. Every other order can be placed against a proforma, as above.
